Common issues

I’m having an issue logging in and need to reset my password

CloudLibrary relies on your library’s patron management system for password management and doesn’t have the ability to update it. Please check your library’s website to see if they allow pin/password resets from there. If not, calling or visiting your library and asking them to help you update your pin should resolve the issue.
